We want you to be completely satisfied with your Sunspel purchase, which is why we offer a 28-day return period for all unworn and unwashed items. Simply ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place your items in their original shipping box or a secure alternative, ensuring the return form is included inside.

  Label and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
